Appointments

For health and safety reasons it is important that we know who is in the building at any time. All patients and visitors must report to reception on arrival at the surgery and remain in the waiting room until called.

All appointment enquiries should be submitted through the Accurx system. The service is available daily from 8am and operates strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. For administrative requests, such as fit notes (sickness certificates), test results and other non-clinical matters, please submit your request via Accurx - admin option.

All submitted requests are reviewed regularly and allocated to the appropriate member of the team.

This will help us to be more efficient by making an appointment available to you when you need it the most.

We are an Armed Forces veteran friendly accredited GP practice

This means that, as part of the health commitments of the Armed Forces Covenant, we have a dedicated clinician who has a specialist knowledge of military related health conditions and veteran specific health services.

If you are ex-forces, please let your GP or Nurse know to help ensure you are getting the best possible care.
